We shop from the morning market for the same day's orders. Produce is quality-checked, packed, and sent out — it does not sit on a supermarket shelf.

Where do you source your vegetables?

Directly from trusted local mandis and farmers' stalls. Our buyers walk the market the way a careful home cook would, then pack only what passes inspection.

Do you deliver the same day?

Yes, in selected cities and areas. Choose Same-Day Delivery at checkout when it is available for your address. Standard delivery still arrives quickly, usually the same day or next morning depending on the city.

Which cities do you deliver to?

We currently deliver in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Hyderabad. More cities will open as we grow our market partners.

What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery is available everywhere we deliver. Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer and card payment are supported in checkout and will be confirmed with your order.

Can I order by WhatsApp?

Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button, share what you need — even in everyday kitchen language like “1kg tamatar, 2 bunches dhaniya” — and our team will confirm availability and delivery.

What happens if vegetables arrive damaged?

Tell us with a photo on WhatsApp. If something does not meet our freshness standard, we will replace it or make it right. That is our freshness promise.

Can I choose the quantity?

Yes. Most vegetables can be ordered in 250g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg or 5kg. Herbs are sold by the bunch, and you can step quantities up or down before adding to cart.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes. A small minimum of Rs. 400 keeps delivery sustainable. Free delivery applies once your basket reaches Rs. 1,500.

How much is delivery?

Delivery depends on your city, area, order value and speed. Typical standard fees start around Rs. 99–149. Same-day slots cost a little more. The exact fee is shown before you place the order.
