Question 1

How fresh are the vegetables?

Accepted Answer

We shop from the morning market for the same day's orders. Produce is quality-checked, packed, and sent out — it does not sit on a supermarket shelf.

Question 2

Where do you source your vegetables?

Accepted Answer

Directly from trusted local mandis and farmers' stalls. Our buyers walk the market the way a careful home cook would, then pack only what passes inspection.

Question 3

Do you deliver the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, across Karachi. Choose Same-Day Delivery at checkout when it is available for your area. Standard delivery still arrives quickly, usually the same day.

Question 4

Where do you deliver?

Accepted Answer

We currently deliver only in Karachi. Choose your area at checkout and we will confirm the slot on WhatsApp.

Question 5

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

NayaPay bank transfer — account details are shown at checkout. No wallet apps to install, just a simple bank transfer.

Question 6

Can I order by WhatsApp?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tap the WhatsApp button, share what you need — even in everyday kitchen language like “1kg tamatar, 2 bunches dhaniya” — and our team will confirm availability and delivery.

Question 7

What happens if vegetables arrive damaged?

Accepted Answer

Tell us with a photo on WhatsApp. If something does not meet our freshness standard, we will replace it or make it right. That is our freshness promise.

Question 8

Can I choose the quantity?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most vegetables can be ordered in 250g, 500g, 1kg, 2kg or 5kg. Herbs are sold by the bunch, and you can step quantities up or down before adding to cart.

Question 9

Is there a minimum order?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A small minimum of Rs. 400 keeps delivery sustainable.

Question 10

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery charges are not standard — they depend on your Karachi area and order. We will tell you the exact amount on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
